Following another successful season of basketball in East Kent, players and league officials gathered at the end of season awards evening.

Team awards for the 2016/2017 season were as follows:

EKBL Men's Division Champions: Ashford Outlaws.
EKBL Men's Division Runners Up: University of Kent A.
EKBL Women's Division Champions: Canterbury Crusaders.
EKBL Women's Division Runners Up: Christ Church University.
Adrian Cook Cup Winners: Christ Church University.
Adrian Cook Cup Runners Up: Whitstable.
Adams Plate Winners: Ashford Outlaws
Adams Plate Runners Up: Thanet Lions
Grove Cup Winners: Canterbury Crusaders
Grove Cup Runners Up: Christ Church University.
Grove Cup 3rd Place: Herne Bay
Grove Cup 4th Place: Folkestone Saints
